Question 1: Can I change the prices on my menu board?

Absolutely! All styles of boards come with a changeable pricing option. To watch an example of how this feature works, please stay tuned for our YouTube channel.

Question 2: Do you have food images I can incorporate in my design?
We carry a large variety of general food and beverage images in our photo library. There is no additional charge to include them.

Question 3: Will I have to put the board together when I receive it?
The board is assembled before we ship it. The only thing you have to do is hang it up!

Question 4: How do I get a design started?
Simply fill out the layout request form and send us a copy of your menu. We take it from there! http://www.impactmenusystems.com/contact/request_layout_design

Question 5: How quickly can we receive our order?
Once the layout is signed off on, and payment is received, the order will ship with in 5-7 business days.

Question 6: Can I send you my logo or image to include in my design?
Yes, please make sure that the file is a high resolution (at least 300 DPI) and in a TIFF or EPS format.

Question 7: Can I become a dealer for you?
All dealers and distributors are welcome to send us their contact information so that we may enter you into our data base. This is viewed by a large number of clients and can be great source of leads for your company. We look forward to partnering with you!
